Week 1
Where the Healing Begins

Before anything else can shift, your body needs permission to slow down. We start here — not because it's the gentle option, but because it's the foundational one. A body that cannot rest cannot heal. You'll leave this session with a clear understanding of why rest is not a reward — it is a requirement — and one practice to carry into the next two weeks.

Week 3
Learning to Listen

Two weeks of slowing down means you've actually been paying attention. Now we learn what to do with what you've noticed. Your symptoms are not random — they are a body asking to be understood. This session gives you a framework for translating what your body has been saying, including the everyday habits nobody told you were connected to how you feel.

Week 5
Setting Something Down

You have been carrying things — in your body, in your schedule, in your nervous system — that are making every symptom louder. Stress is not a mindset problem. It is a hormonal one. This session names what's been weighing on you and gives you a path to begin releasing it. Not everything at once. One thing, in the next two weeks.

Week 7
Now You Can Respond

This is the session everything has been building toward. You've slowed down, developed an ear for what your body is saying, and begun to lighten the load. Now — for perhaps the first time — you can actually give your body what it's been asking for. This final gathering pulls the full arc together and closes the Foundations container with clarity, intention, and a foundation that makes everything that comes next possible.
